Big Pines Visitors Center Wrightwood

For a glimpse at the highest point along the San Andreas Fault (6,862 feet), head to Big Pines Visitors Center. There’s a market at the old stone tower (once part of Davidson Arch) marking the spot. Inside the Big Pines Visitors Center, you can pick up souvenirs and maps, tour the historic building, or buy a Forest Adventure Pass ($5), which is required for any outings in the national forest.
