This restaurant and boutique, located off Highway 2, serves up a mixed menu of salads, soups, steaks and chicken in a Cracker Barrel-style atmosphere.  When you arrive grab a seat on one of the swinging ski lift chairs, or browse inside their restaurant boutique, The Golden Acorn, which sells a variety of country gifts and amusements.

Sandwiches are served with choice of French Fries or Sweet Potato Fries; coleslaw or potato salad; and pickle chips. One of the house specialties, the Golden Acorn Chicken is stuffed with chicken, pine nuts, feta cheese and rice.
