Mt. Baden-Powell Hike

Wrightwood’s hikes range from the leisurely to the strenuous, and the hike to Mt. Baden-Powell definitely falls in the latter category. This 8-mile round-trip hike, with 41 switchbacks, is one of the most difficult in the range. At 9,399 feet, Baden-Powell sits high above the smog that chokes the Los Angeles basin.
