This popular state recreation area is a beautiful 30-minute drive from Wrightwood along Highway 138. Here, you can go fishing, ride a bike, or enjoy overnight camping. There are RV hookups on sites 96-136, and several picnic tables throughout the park.
Formed by Cedar Springs Dam, the lake is home to a wide variety of fish including bluegill, large mouth bass and bluegill. While you’re here, don’t miss a hike on the world-famous Pacific Crest Trail, which travels through the area toward Wrightwood.
